The growth of HelloFresh in recent years has been nothing short of stratospheric. This growth has also fueled the business’s need to realise smarter, more efficient ways to on board the right people into the business.
With the build of a new site in the UK to service market demand, they needed a solution that truly automated the screening and onboarding process.

Nuneaton in the UK was identified as the next centre for their expansion.
The recruitment of 750+ people under normal circumstances would have been a great enough challenge, but under the constraints of Covid this called for a truly scalable, rapid to deploy and intuitive solution.

One Call to All quickly customized and deployed a seamless and fully automated experience to HF from the ground up; application to onboarding - all in less than 2 weeks. Additionally, we ensured that the onboarding experience was delivered in line with all the Covid requirements.

The whole of the candidate experience was built within HelloFresh’s brand guidelines, ensuring the employer brand was “hard wired” into the platform. Additionally, the platform delivered realtime admin panels on the status of all the candidates enabling better strategic decisions and the optimisation of people and resources.

The platform is also used to generate greater engagement and activation of the workforce - notifying them of shift changes and changes to working practices in an instant and providing live feedback and confirmations.
