One Call To All has published an API specifically for its Integrator partner community, OCTA will work with any accredited partner to jointly develop 3rd party integrations that will facilitate a deeper integration of our services into their customers incumbent software systems.
Typically we can replicate all of the existing services offered in the OCTA portal into any 3rd party software within a few days if the partner has the qualified resources.
Newly developed integrated services make any new customer deployment a richer experience for the end user, as they see new services appear in their familiar day to day workflow real estate - this means customer journeys are far more likely to frequently feature in day to day behaviour or department stakeholders’ workflow.
